Right Now I would have to say my Sirius radio. You may not need it if you live where you can actually get good radio stations, but out here in rural Kansas, theres nothing with new music. Now I've got it

I only have one add-on. It's a bluetooth amplifier for my phone. It sticks on the glass via suction cups and gives me a speaker phone with voice command calling. Jasbra pro 1000. Got it from www.texasmobilepro.com

My cb radio...whenever I get my antenna. It still works now...I just can't hear/talk to anyone. Sometimes if I'm really close to Tampa I can get reception of the NOAA weather alert, even without an antenna.

I still have Virginia plates on my truck and all but I love my radar detector just as much as my CDA-9833. As long as you're not dumb enough to leave a radar detector stuck to the middle of the windshield and you unplug it at the state line you're set.

XM radio.. I don't have a radar detector, I've found them to be pretty much useless in CA anymore... Our highway patrol is keen to our tricks...
