Wiper Problems

My wipers work at random. Some times they work when I turn them on, some times they dont. I know its not a blown fuse. What else could i be?

Multifunction switch is probably on it's way out. Hard to believe that it would be for a couple year old truck though. Might look at your wiper motor as well.
