I don't need them anymore. I was thinking of modding them to fit with my Body lift but lost interest and money just isn't there to do it.

that sucks. I was thinking the other day how sweet it would have been if Ford would have made a gold Level II with the black flares, tow hooks and Alcoas and all. That would have been first on my list of trucks to buy

I'm with this guy. And I actually need a set because I made a boo boo on my truck and had to replace the bumper with one from a 03. DAMIT I want these... I will see what I can come up with here in a few days for coin...

are those painted (the hooks themselves, not the brackets)?

No they are not painted, they have the stock finish on them.
