Well ive been working on it for the last few days still not completely done but have some good progress. Tell me what you guys think. Pics are with my camera phone.

If you have a black face you should be able to sand the needles clear (on the bottom) and paint them with something different on the underside.

Mine came apart real easy. Ive been meaning to pm you about the needles mine are orange all the way through. I want to get some clear needles or something where did you get them from?

Huh? I did mine a few years ago. There is a thread. something like "the first 2004+ LED cluster" - I forget.

 

I am using GM needles that have been modified by rusty at usspeedo.com I then painted the bases to match the body of my truck (sonic blue)

You need to call him and ask to have the exact same thing done that I have. The number is on the webpage.

These are the ones I have. The small ones needed to be trimmed some because they were just a tiny bit too long. I highly reccomend using LED donuts underneath the needles.



Consequently, I am going to be selling a "Almost-Plug-And-Play" PCB kit for the 2004+ clusters and HVACs. It will included probably over 100 LEDs for the cluster and light up the needles too. This will give the perfect hot-spot look over the entire cluster. Available in any color.
