06 dash in 99

I have a 99 ranger with a cracked dash and found an 06 dash. Would it bolt up? They look a little different from mine and I can't seem to find any info on them. Thanks in advance.

The plastic itself probably but you would have to change a lot of the wiring to get everything to work correctly.

What if I just used the harness already on my dash? I think the only issue would be the cluster. Could i just use my white faced ones?

You'll need to swap the wiring harness from your cracked dash to the 06 dash. The under dash wiring changed in the 04+ trucks. 95+ dash shells all share the same mounting points.

I don't think the new cluster will work mileage was saved on the PCM to display on the digital odometer.(The older PCM's do not have this ability) The gauges themselves would probably work if supplied with the correct voltages. But as far as odometer you'd probably have to find some sort of aftermarket unit to store it and send the data to the in dash odometer.
