Adding clock to dash

My new head-unit doesn't display the time anywhere wheres its easily visable from the outside, The 94 rangers dash has a fake vent where the 4wd drive switch would go if it was 4wd of course. I want to put a clock or something in there and make it look like its meant to be there. I also though it'd be cool to put the compass\temp is there too. Im not sure where to get a clock to do it though.

Heres a pic of the fake vetn above the radio, This isn't my truck because I didn't feel like taking a pic of it.

I know I had the newer interior, but I modded my shifter bezel to fit a cougar digital clock. I think it was from a 94-97ish cougar (has the green dash lights). But you could try a 94-97 Mustang dash clock if you have the blue-green dash lights. For the compass/temp you could hack up an OHC. That would be a really cool project!

I haven't done it but everyone here says to check the junk yard for an OHC. eBay might work also.

I like your idea. I have the same little fake vent and I bet the clock and temperature gauges would look real nice there.
