had some MILD rain today and the rear portion of my headliner is all wet. Looks like I'll be fixing my 3rd brake like now. Someone got pics of what they did to fix this? Sa w a how-to on rear window sealing but not 3rd brake light.

 

I made a new gasket out of a rubber material.
Cut the material a little larger than the outside dimensions of the lights.

 

my buddies leaked and we went to the store and bought shoe glue, (for repairing holes in shoes)... its dries clear and is like silicone except you cant see it... so you can smear that in places where it leaks

 

Take the light off, put silicone all around where the crappy old gasket is, and then put it back on. When I first bought my truck it did it too, I siliconed it and then its been good since.

 

i just bought some 3M all weather adhesive and applied a light bead of it around the light. you cant see it from a distance and hasn't leaked yet.
