Is it the one with one cupholder? If you got a Stick your pretty much outta luck there. My auto has two cupholders in the back, and two where the stick would be.

The cupholder was one of the things different between my '99 and the newer trucks. In my '99 the fold down armrest on the 60/40 bench had no armrest. You might consider a swap from a '99-ish truck. It should give you more space in the cubby inside the arm rest. The seats otherwise seemed nearly identical to me, so it might be an easy swap, assuming you find a doaner w/ a close enough fabric match..

ive got a stick and its got two cupholders on the floor but then theres the arm rest with one cupholder and a shallow "cubby" that doesnt touch the seat (friends f-150 armrest touches the seat).

i still want bucket seats, it would allow me to build a custom center console.

the fx4 had the option of buckets or 60/40 split. the LII comes standard with buckets

Again, the '02 FX4 IS THE SAME PACKAGE as the '03+ FX4 LII. It has the wheels, the BFG AT tires standard, the 31 spline 8.8" rear w/ the torsen, etc etc. Ford simply changed the package names in '03.. What is the '03+ FX4 (non-LII) is what the Off Road Package (ORP) was in '02 and earlier..

^^^ive been debating this since i got the truck. the paper that the dealer showed me when i bought the truck used said fx4 offroad package and towing package. ive seen wut fx4s have and most of it i dont have. my truck also didnt come with a hitch but it does have the factory wiring harness. does it matter if my truck was made mid 2001 and sold as an 02 or not?

My '98 has bucket seats, with a center console. It has two cupholders, one in front of the other, a "change pocket" type thing, that dimes and such slide in. And then a little pocket-like thing that holds my cellphone perfectly. It's about the size of a pack of cigarettes. Consider a swap?

How often do you have a third person? If not very, I'd call some local junkyards and check. Even if they have drivers bucket, and passanger from a 60/40 split. My father has the 60/40 in his 2000 XLT, and his passanger seat is identical to mine. The full center console makes a big difference, he even tried talking me into swapping him. Haha, the first day I owned the truck.
