Billet Interior Parts

Hi,

Do they make anything in Billet for 08 Rangers, such as door lock ,headlight, ac & heater *****,pw & pdl buttons, tilt lever & auto shifter? Also fo the gas, brake, & emergency brake pedals? Anybody have pictures of their interior with these items?
Thanks for any help,
James
