Center Console In!!! Check it!

Props to Redneckstone!

I went out today found a 92 center console out of an explorer and put it in my truck! Really easy to do!

Looks really good man. I plan on doing the same thing this winter. What did you use to paint it and especially the fabric?

I got this paint for fabric and vinyl from autozone.. it works like a charm. I used it to paint all of the stuff on my interior.

Nah you don't need to get a new seat. You just take out your driver side seat and then cut the middle seat off.

^I'm pretty positive that it's the same as all of the shorty consoles; there is a bracket that goes in the rear part of the console and there should be a mount towards the front.. I put one in my 2000 and just used the rear bracket and bolted the front down into the floor.

How did that fabric/vinyl paint do on the top leather part of the armrest? Is it holding up well?

I have two in the front of my expo console and two in the back and two on the back wall on the jack cover. Now and then I have five of them filled up.
