Cobra 75 WX/ST CB

Just curious who was running this CB and how it sounded? I've had Cobra products before and they've treated me pretty good, I'm just concerned the speaker on the 75 wouldn't be loud enough?

I do not have one but the word is the speaker $ucks, very hard to hear and the Mic is way big not to mention awkward.

Stick to a Uniden, simple model Pro510 or the 520 with PA.
Uniden makes larger models if you want bells and whistles.
The Pro520 is small enough it can be mounted almost anywhere you can think of but remember the real heart of the CB is the Antenna, get a good one and the coax buy either Belden or Times Coax (LMR Brand).

crawly1025,
Are you considering the 75 because of space or you think it is a performer ?
A little Uniden PRO520 with or without a Power Mic will out perform most stock CB Radios.
You do need to get a good antenna (Wilson, FireStik) and coax (Time LMR, Belden) before the best or the worst CBs will get out.
If space is the problem then the PRO520 can be mounted in a lot of different location, it is small and will fit where other won’t.
You will need an External Speaker for either CB.

ltr,
