Detailing seats help needed

Alrighty guys this is my first post here. Pretty sure I'm in the right spot. I bought my rang about 4 months ago love her to death. Looking to get some stains out of the bench seat. I need help in what exactly can I use to deep clean these puppies. I haven't had a crack at it yet and I'm pretty good at detailing vehicles. My problem lies in that I have a 2005 edge and it has the sport fabric seats. (repels water.) Super super tight weave on these bad boys so I know it will be a pain. If anyone has any advice I would be very thankful. I don't wanna go in and neanderthal this and destroy the color or look of the seats lol.

Use a steam cleaner with some good soap. I use them at work all the time and never ruined a seat yet.

I had my truck interior detailed awhile back and they just pulled the seat out and took it outside power washed it with soap and sucked the moisture out with a wet dry vac. They let me sit on some dry towells on the way home and told me to leave doors open and run a fan on them. They looked like new. YouTube cleaning seats.

I second using a steam cleaner. it'll be the best route to take.

Another vote on using steam cleaner. For removing the stain, you can use Folex. Spray it on and wipe it with a clean mf towel.
