Do the A pillar gauge pods from autometer fit the newer rangers with the grab bars on the A pillar? Thanks for the help.

They should fit. I think all you have to do is take off the grab handle.

I was wondering if it fit with the grab handle on. Or do I have to remove it and get the A pillar trim without the grab handle holes?

You should just need to remove the grab handle, the new dual pod will cover the holes where the handle was....

Correction......It covers one and leaves an eyesore where the other is.

yep... it only covers one.

I bought the a-pillar from an earlier model ranger WITHOUT the grab handles and used it along with the dual pillar pod. i cant stand when something looks unfinished, like having one of the grabhandles holes exposed.

I had to cut my existing a-pillar trim up by the visor, and cut the new a-pillar trim in the same place (the upper parts that run along the headliner) then I sanded them down to overlap together, and that was it. i'll get you a pic if youre interested.

I believe it was for a 96+ without the drivers-side grab handle. The A-Pillar fit, but the upper snaps that should fit along the drivers-side headliner didnt fit, which was why I had to combine that piece from the original A-pillar with the A-pillar piece from the "no-handle" version. pictures up in 5 min...

Yea you are going to have an hole where the grab handle is I am going to drill out the riviets that hold the bracket the grab handle is on and buy a trim peice that dont have the grab handle holes.
