Explorer Center Console

So I am pretty sure I am going to purchase a center console sometime in the future, and I was wondering what others have done with the rear part of the console. On the back there are A/C vents and sometimes Radio Controls. I was trying to think of something to fab up to put there that could be of some use. Anyone else do anything to that area yet?

i want to do the same thing but if i cant make a/c radio controlls functional then i wont the main reason i want to is becuase it would help cool the amp with a vent right by it.

well you could get one of those computer fans and cut out a hole and wire it up to the amp it only comes on when the amp comes on, no one would really see it back there so its not like it would look out of place, I say go for it.

I'd use it perhaps to try and make a CB radio holder/bracket. I still haven't found a good spot for my CB yet.

I plan on contructing something totally different for my console.

-The back with radio controls will probably be a little tray that slides out for anyones cell phones, lighters (since the cig lighter is covered), and what not so the main lid doesnt get loaded with stuff. The vents I'll have to find a way, but I'll probably stick a little neon light there to light up the inside some
-Cup holders on console will have the bottom be glass, with a led light(s) under it. A switch will turn them on and if you have a clear glass...well, it'll have some color to it for fun. Still working on this idea to see if I wanna try it out.
-Top holder on console might have to me altered to fit my CB in the top part of it, I want my CB install to look factory installed (even though it obviously wont be) in a uncluttered fashion. I havent tried under the head unit yet, I gotta measure it, it'll be a close fit though.

The switches on the console are for the KC Daylighers on the roof and one is for the remote sub wire.
