Hey everyone, I may possibly be looking for some new seats out of an Explorer, but I have a few questions...

Which seats are an EXACT bolt in from what years and models?

I don't really care for power seats, but I would like leather, preferably in black.

Where can I get a 'shorty' console out of?

And any explorer seats that anyone has swapped in is more than welcome to post pics of their doings.

Shorty consoles....any 98+ Ranger shortys in grey is the correct color grey for our '01+. I'm running one. Explorers also have them, but light grey. I believe '01 maybe '03+ rangers have black shortys. I don't know years....but i know someone will answer that.


Here's my buddy Trevor's truck.....2000 explorer limited seats...dark grey leather, and my old full length console painted black. Was a direct bolt in......had to play around with the wiring to make the seat functional, it's all electric.
