Explorer SEats, sort of Rounded ?!?!

I thought the seats from an Ex were sort of squared off like the Ranger seats ?

I found a set of Leather Ex Seats (two tone, drk grey and med grey), front and back, for cheap money but the buckets are round in the front and taper in and round-ish on the top of the seat backs.
Is this a standard Ex Seats ?
I didn't notice the year I will have to double check.

Chk'd out the original ad, it say they will fit a 2001 - 2005 but not where they came from except an Explorer.

02+ Explorer seats won't bolt-in on a ranger. Though, 02-03 Sport Trac And Explorer Sport seats will however. It does get kinda confusing at times, espicially when it comes to explorer vs. explorer sport and sport trac.

I don't recall any explorer with squared off seats like 04+ rangers. Of course, I really don't know these newer gen expos all too well(05+ 06+ whatever year they put the new front end and new taillights on 'em)

Thanks guys.
I knew it had to be too good to be true.
Price was right but I really didn't like the look of the round bottom.

I think those seats look way better than the older ones, I wonder if you could get them to work if you swapped the rails or something?
