Explorer sport/sport trac seats

I've searched but can't find the thread I was looking for and can't remember the user who made it. I did find one but its for a single cab.

Anyway, I would like to know if the seats will bolt up to my extended cab. I found a set like these below but solid grey in color, not two tone.

and for powering them, just a ground and a constant 12v source?

Can’t you have them cleaned up by a pro ?
maybe get them cheap…
Not sure if you saw the post but I got a Console, one with the bag in it; I hope it works out the way I want, Ken gave me a great deal.
Are you interested in cloth Ex Seats that look like Sport Trac’s and some Silver interior pieces ?

How different are the Ex Sport Seats vs the Sport Trac Seats ?

I’m thinking about the same.

I have a few e-mails in to some people that have Leather Sport Seats, waiting to hear… one guy said he had a black interior, only time will tell.

color is the difference lol and the trac ones i believe have airbags on the sides of the seat which is useless in our trucks....you might run into a problem with yours because you actually have pretensioners and stuff on your seats, i dont haha

So you really want Explorer Sport Leather Seats ?
What about Leather Covers on Ex-Sport Cloth Seats ?

Don’t get me wrong… I am not interested in the Seats, I was hunting eBay, thought of you and the seats you wanted and hoping to get you to sell me your seats… LoL.
The Sport/S-Trac Seats look nice but I want either the EX Seats I now have or Seats that are close to OEM and I am leaning toward OEM Seats.

I would have to sell the two pair of Explorer Seats I have (Dark Grey, pwrd, manual Lumbar) but that’s the way it goes with me, buy for one project and change my mind.

Ltr,

Ltr,
haha i won't be buying seats for a LONG time i might not even buy a set for my truck because im picking up a 98 stepside 4x4 this summer from a friend and im going to throw tan leathers in that since the seats in there are tan but turning black lol...plan is to strip all the carpet and bedline the floor so i don't have to worry about water coming in since this will be the trail rig

Well that’s too bad, I was thinking maybe we could trade once I found the RIGHT Seats but if there are no seats in your short term future I will start looking for 03 Ranger Buckets.

Luck on your other truck sounds like a great idea.
