Explorer visors recovered

Hey guys I'm looking to recover my visors with some real tree camo. I was just wondering if anyone has done this or has any tips on how to pull the visors apart. I'm tired of looking at the old grey fabric. Any input will be greatly appreciated

AGREE! I recovered a set of quad Explorer visors once. Probably won't do another.

Definitely looks to be a pita. Did you pull off the old material or just sew a sleeve and slip the whole visor in like a pillow case then close it up?

They tuck in, no sewing required. the hardest areas are around the mirror and the post for the visor clip.
