So I was looking at a thread a few minutes ago and there was a picture from the OP and another from another poster. One left the console gray the other black...

Trying to figure out what I should do, leave my console gray or paint it black?

I have gray carpet, but my seats are black with gray inserts.

So what do you think??

EDIT: I also have an OHC and new bezel that I can color match if another color is chosen...

I had that other console. Black all the way man, with the black seats and gray dash it looks perfect. My OHC and domelight are black as well so it all matches. Heres pics for those that haven't seen it:

The first one is mine, and its obviously better because it has a butterfinger in the front of it:



I painted mine because it was really dirty and wouldnt scrub off. Unfortunatly I didnt get the colors matched right.

 

hmm maybe if i can match the gray insert on the seats...

 

If your going gray make sure it matches the dash perfectly. But I'm kinda **** on stuff like that.

haha yea, that thread was from when I had my other Ranger...i have had this console for over a year now...
