How do I remove airbag module

How do I remove airbag module
Guys I hate the fact that I have that damn airbag module right in front of my shifter . I stheir a way to move it so that I can have a cleaner look like this guys forumn member interior. his name on the board is Toreador4x4
5spd4x4
oh yea and I have a manual ranger. thks

You're not supposed to move it since it has sensors and needs to stay mounted where it is.

Toreador 4x4 doesn't have an airbag module in front of the shifter... Ford started putting them there in about '00 or 2001.
