I have a question for you touch screen users

I purchased a pyle PLDN73I 7 and have it all installed and working. This unit has a flip down front that opens for access to the cd player and memory card slot. I have to leave it sticking out just about 1/2 inch in order for it to open. Is this normal or am I over looking something. If so does anyone have any suggestions to make it look more like it belongs in the dash. Thanks guys. I love these forums. Btw here is a link to the radio I got for a better look. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-PYLE-PLD...ht_3484wt_1344

Pics of it installed and what you mean stick out? Is it hitting the radio bezel you mean when it trys to flip downwards?

I'll get a pic when I get home from work. But yes when it flips open it hits the bezel so it's over hanging by about 1/2 inch or so.

depends on the radio and how it comes out. I have a pioneer avh p4300 and it doesn't hit but I can't put the trim ring in or it will bind up. I think it might come out a little bit, I dont really think about it but its at a good position for me.
