Idea for my bed with cap

i have a cap on my ranger now and im thinkign about dumping some money into it. just checking to see if its worth it.

-switching from a drop-in bedliner to carpet
-custom make speaker pods for the top corners of the cap
-make a couch of some sort using my imagination, a oem rearseat bench of a any vehicle, or just bolt in two buckets?
-some cool way to light it up since i dont have lights in it right now.
-should i put in some headliner since u can see the fiberglass from the cap.

Ill take pics of the cap when i get home. its not a level one with the cap. it raises a bit. not the gross looking ones either. its an ARE cap.

Use some red **** carpet. Get some rope lighting around the top. Toss in some throw pillows.

rename it "The *******' Waggon"

I take it your bed is not used for its intended purpose? With the dirt bikes, pallets, and steel fixtures I put in my truck, that thing would get trashed...

no it wont and its not real fabric its plastic.. "Huh" had one in his and hauled his ATV everywhere... its ment to be power washed to be cleaned... also our admin Skot has one with no cover and uses it like a "bed" should be... it looks just like mine and mine sits under a cover... its made from closed cell foam that doesnt hold water and plastic fibers...

I have carpet and i use mine for hauling stuff and quads. You can just vaccum it out and hose it down, its 100% guaranteed to last and if it does get torn or ruined they will send you another one.

I would highly recommend the carpet inside the cap. I need to take a picture of mine, but they make a light that screws into the back window frame and lights up the area very well.

Sounds like a cool idea if you don't use your bed to haul crap.
