Icon11 Installing '06 seats into an '04 supercab EDGE

I may have a chance at getting a set of '06 Ranger F/X Level 2 Leather Buckets with stock center fold down armrest/console. I am told that they will bolt to existing holes in 98+ supercab trucks.

I currently have the cloth 60/40 with fold down armrest in my Ranger '04 supercab EDGE with 5sp auto tranny.

Will these fit and if so, how hard is it to change out? I have not had a look yet how my current ones are bolted. I assume they are on tracks that are bolted thru the floor. Is this correct?

Assuming I have to remove my current tracks, are the bolts hard to get to under the truck and does anything else have to be pulled to get to them (exhaust or whatever)?

Would I have to drill new holes for the stock center console that comes with these buckets?

Could I take the current 60/40 seats off the tracks somehow and just put the new buckets on the same tracks? Just trying to get a good idea of how much work this would be and about how long would it take.

Thanks!

its as easy as pie. As long as the new seats have the tracks its just 4 bolts on each seat that goes into the floor of the truck.

No way! you need to send those to me...

They should bolt right in to your truck. Don't forget to post the pics!

OK guys, thanks a bunch for the replies and info.

They came out of a '06 F/X Level 2 with only 15,000 miles on the truck.
They do come with the tracks on them and ready to bolt in and I got them on the way:

Did you really just pay that much for them??? Holy Sh*t!!! You could have found a pair of expo seats a lot cheaper.

Do you have that kind of money to just **** away b/c if you do, send some my way.

Oh well, ........ to find some like this even in poor condition is a bit of a pain. These being just like new, it was hard to beat. I don't mind paying a fair price for a quality product. Something that I want and I will sell my 60/40 for about 200 probably.

It's my money, I guess I can spend it the way that pleases me.........

Those do NOT belong in your truck. I will gladly take them off your hands. I'll even pay shipping.

They look great!
