Door Panel Swap?

Door Panel Swap?
I did do a bunch of searching on here and found one post from 2004 that said the Interior door panels are pretty much interchangeable. I've got an '05 XL with the little door handle built in(teeny tiny almost useless armrest/door pull) and would like to have the (I think?) XLT style door panel with the pull bar instead. I've got no power options and don't plan to upgrade to power options either. Is it a direct swap to go to the panel with the grab bar and is it the XLT panel I am looking for?
I didn't want to hot link images so here is what I have

And this is the style I'd like to have(don't particularly care about map pockets or not but I think they come standard on the xlt)

Thanks in advance for any input!

Just swap them out but you will need to zip tie the new grab handle to the door panel cause those 2 screws hold it on.
Unless you can obtain the piece circled in RED. That is what you need to use the screws

Zip Ties work very good though
You can obtain that little piece for 9.89 at for though I don't have a part number for ya
If you remove your door panel you will see where you have a slot for one since the door is exactly the same so attaching it is not a problem.

I'm in the middle of this swap still. (Should've been done months ago but I've been lazy) Just finishing up some wiring in the door and then I will be putting on my beautiful new 03+ XLT door panels. I went through the how-to's and noticed there isnt one on this so I figured I'd write one. So hopefully I'll get to it this weekend and there will be a new how-to written that you can follow, it will be really easy. I'm in the middle of 3 how-to's though so please be patient :o)

I did this mod today and would like to add some input.
I went to Lowe's today and picked up the necessary hardware.
2x 138672 Nylon Anchor Nut 3/8x.616
1x 136680 Stainless Steel Self Drilling/Tapping 12x1"
Then I had to head over to O'Reilly Auto Parts and pick up
1x Dorman 961-355 Nylon Nuts assortment pack
You will only use two out of the assortment pack but it was only a 1.50 at mine.
When you remove the 2 black screws holding the door mounting bracket you can reuse it for the door panel. Then you use the 7mm self tapping screw for the pull handles. I used this method and they are very secure. I will get some pictures tomorrow.

this here is the actual part number for the correct things to use for it to work like factory
Little expensive totaling like 50 dollars
Door Retainer F2UZ-1523762-A (Need 4) $11.99 x 4
Door Screw (Pack of 4) 56907-S424 $1.99 for the pack of 4
So in the end cheaper to do it the way I did or Zach did
