Interior buzzing sound help
My 2004 4.0 standard just started having this problem recently while I was driving. Crazy buzzing sound coming from the dash, closer to passenger side but hard to tell (video attached). Sounds almost like a bad actuator but depends on speed so I’ve mostly ruled that out. The buzzing starts when I get to 45 mph and stops if I slow below that. The buzzing doesn’t change with RPM, nor the gear I’m in. Also doesn’t change when I switch my A/C settings.
Things I’ve checked:
Stereo cluster
Passenger airbag
Aircon actuators (mostly)
Vents
Glove box
I also tried blowing a leafblower at the front of the truck (lol) to see if it was the wind moving something, but no buzzing happened.
I know the normal fix for this is to just turn up the radio, but it’s driving me insane that I can’t find this. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
