This weekend I put in some Explorer leather seats and a center console. Also did a lot of wiring to power everything. I do not really post here, but I have read so much helpful information on this forum, I just wanted to post this and maybe some else can get ideas from it. The whole thing took about 10 hours and I'm sure I over planned everything, but it all works and I love the new seats and console. In a coulpe of weeks I'm going to hack up my headliner and inststall an OHC and auto dimming mirror.

what year did that come from?

 

The seats are from an 02 Explorer 2 door, the console is from an 02 Explorer 4 door.

Yea, its a tight squeeze, the drivers seats rubs a bit against the trim peice that holds the seats belts in the wall of the truck, but other than that its good.
