Looking for: local fabricator to make this....
dude. they, you, doesnt matter. fact remains that the first hour is always paid. in full. 50 bucks. (More or less who the **** cares about specifics there) weither its putting a friggin sticker on the window or gluing a dead ferrit to the wood. in the end. the consumer who is paying is shafted. granted if you work for a living DOING it your view is obviously going to be different. but the point is. when you look at it. 50 bucks to glue carpet to wood. which is extremely easy and sounds even easier. is rediculous.
End.
End.

and for the record YA. i WOULD do it FOR FREE. if he paid for shipping and materials i wouldnt charge labor. for 2 reasons. 1. im a nice guy. and 2. i enjoy making sh** with my hands.
Dude, just try and build it yourself. Even if you mess it up the first time and have to re-do it, it will still be cheaper in materials than a shop would charge you to build it. Just take your time and it should come out OK. (make a template out of cardboard first and trace it onto the wood)

Perfect idea. that way when you make the line to cut the curve for the "Lump" in the middle of the floor itll be a lil more flush with it.
Haha thats mine!!! If I still had it I would give it to you but I really don't remember what happened to it. It was incredibly easy to make. I took some Masonite (of all things) and fiberglassed the inside of it to make it stronger. That was it, its not even bolted to the floor.
