alrighty...3 days and no reply. I'll do what i can.

OHC bracket, harness w/ extention for mirror, OHC Temp sensor and pigtail (found behind bumper on the passenger side(i think)). The harness runs from the ohc to the driver a-pillar, down the pillar and from there I'm clueless.

ETAC mod, you'll obviously need the control panel, about 6" of wire behind that panel, and after that, I too am absolutely clueless.

Hope any of this helps.

thanks

wow awesome. thanks alot guys. i went to the jy last weekend and got an ohc and bracket. the temp sensor was on the drivers side, found it by checking wire colors on console clip and comparing. the only thing that i see being an issue with is my harness has a red/black wire which is not in N3ELZs description. im assuming that its the blue/red since i dont have a blue red. Have u heard of this b4? i couldn't find an explorer with the auto dimming mirror so i just grabbed a universal one from a blazer. its a Genex. itll do, but i cant do the auto headlights mod. bummer.

if you are putting this in a Ranger, you have no wiring for them...

its a universal unit. there are five wires. three can be used, and only two are necessary. all you actually need is run start and ground. so im gonna have to run one extra wire down the a pillar to the fused ignition switch for power, and then ground. the third wire u can hook up turns the auto dimming off when u back up. do u have an answer to the ohc wire ?, im kinda stressing that.

alright so to answer my own ? the red/black wire is the same as the Blue/Red wire. anyways got the OHC installed, mustang dome light installed, and the auto dimming mirror. side note on that, when removing the mirror at junk yard, take the time to remove it right(don't just grab it and rip it off the windshield) otherwise it may develop a wobble. everything is painted gloss black trim while the parts that were already factory black trim remained. ill try and get some pics up soon.
