For some reason my gas needle is now stuck!! I have to tear it all back apart to get to it! Oh well... I'm going to be painting the gear selector anyways. Here's a few quick phone pictures, which make it look to have really bad hot spots. The light is really smooth, and the needles light up great. I love driving again! lol.

Those look really crappy, sorry for the quality. I'll get some real pics tomorrow if I can borrow my girlfriends camera!

Nope you dont need it. I scratched the hell out of the clear window and used scotch tape for the hotter spots.

Did you put it on too tight? Did you test it after the reassembly of all of the parts?

I'm pretty sure it's on tight. Maybe it's not all the way down. It worked fine for half of the first day. I think it slipped off the shaft.

Are they hitting the edge of the bezel? I trimmed mine with a toenail clipper or razor.

Well I put some gas in my truck and the needle moved to 3/4 tank, then I shut it off and it went back to 1/4 tank? That looks sick man! Do it!!

So the off position shows 1/4 tank? Maybe you need to just recalibrate correctly. Use the process in my video FTW.
