Does anyone know what might cause this or how to fix it??

i have heard of people removing the interior door panel and putting some grease in the window guide.

could have came out of the track and is bouncing around when its down.
take off the door panel and check it out.

Mine does that too. It gets really bad when driving down dirt roads at speed. I'm used to all the crazy noises these trucks make though.
