need help with my seat

Icon8 need help with my seat
i leaned back in my seat and it went all the way back . now it wont lock into place unless the back of the seat is at a 160 degree angle

Pull the seat out, peel the fabric back and see what you broke...might just be time for a new seat...Did that in my maxima...had to prop the seatback up with a piece of wood until I found another seat.

I would assume that you broke the little latch that holds it upright.
It'll be easier to run to the junk yard and get a new seat.

a lot of seats the little catch for the seat adjuster is easily replacable
