UPDATE**** 3/12/2007........

got my second coat of filler in......the 1st coat was fiber bondo.....short hair fiberglass stuff.......i sanded it down to almost nothing and then added a skim coat of regular bondo over that to do the final finish work.....started sanding on it.....i am going to get it close with my dremel and a sanding bit and then the rest by hand.....if i have to i will add another coat to fill in spots....

It all takes time. I wouldn't rush it. It will turn out better if you take your time and do things right.

I wanna find a 2wd bezel and do the same thing. I don't need one of those lame-o 4wd switches

I've never messed with bondo and frankly, don't have the patience to learn.

Eh, living in the northern part of the states has it's benefits =]

I'd assume that since you're blocking those two vents, it'd just blow out harder from the others....maybe???

exactly.....you will move the same amount of air, just out of 2 vents instead of 4....
