hey brah i told you that i made mine you saw it from the pics ive posted..if you want one done..get me measuremtns what you want done on it..ill build it up..bring it to savannah one weekend you can come down put it in and roll out..

yea i just say paint around the gauges and the LED conversion looks really good

what is the total cost on something like that?

i did blue leds in my hvac controls, headlight switch, and cruise control pods. i bought an overlay off ebay for the main gauge cluster... i'll post a pic shortly.

i think if you did maybe red leds, that would look sweet!!! all you'd need are some leds and resistors...definitely not a bank-breaking mod. how are you with a soldering iron?

yea i would do the red leds....i have a 100 watt soldering gun...soldered all my radio connections including where it hooks to the speaker...and alot of my accessories i soldered....

I saw warp that nasty steering wheel, I got a cover over mine because it would get lookn light that from sweaty, dirty hands!

ranger floormats, switch grey interior to black (paint, or find a junked level II). Red and grey just don't seem as much of an appealing combo. But then again you have the gray exploder seats.

well if u saw my other post iam wanting to get he headliner and carpet black then when i go an but a doner dash so my truck isnt out of comission and i can take my time iam going to do the dash black and the door panels......now red and black is going to be hot IMO...u are right the grey and black dont flow the best..but i still like it...iam looking for new "skins" for my seats...

Try using a table saw to cut the pieces. Then you can set it up and cut straight lines with the guard and everything.

I'm sure you've got to have a few decent upholstery places there, or even a local seamstress that could get those seats changed over for ya. The question is, how much do you want to spend? Did Ford ever make a black interior for the exploder? I know I've never seen an OEM black OHC other than from a Sport Trac. Maybe they have black power seats?

hehe i dont blame you. the first time i ripped into the dash for the gauge redo, i was uber-nervous. now i can have the cluster out in like 15-20 minutes or so ;o)
