Poll & Pic Request...involving Explorer gauges....

Hey.

So i'm putting in my expo cluster....'02 Sport. Well havn't started the install yet, just rolled the odometer in the cluster. I've got both the black gauge cover and the titanium gauge cover.....

I'd like to find a pic like this one, but using the titanium cover...zoomed out because i have that black surround on the plastic panel....(thanks SVT01ranger)

Down to the poll...which do you think i should run??

Black

Or Titanium

Titanium.....

here is a picture of mine:

BTW: the white out tapes make a great way to cover the automatic transmission gear indicator....just make sure you put it on BOTH sides of the gear indicator or it will glow through at night...

Thanks guys....it's a tight race. lol.

I think i'll have to play with it......titanium first, then the black....make my choice by seeing it in real life on the truck. Black will match all my interior, so that'll probably be what i pick.

Mo! That pic is exactly what i was looking for! Thanks man.

I don't know what my stock cluster has down at the bottom where the gear selecter is in this expo gluster. I assume it's a snap in deal just like the auto? If it is, i'll just carrie (underwood) it over to the expo.

anybody know?? It's no big deal, because it's going in tomarrow.

the one you have in your stock cluster will just unclip and reclip into the Explorer cluster!

I think since it's black, go with the black. But if it was grey, I would go with this:

I didn't take any pics of the titanium installed......it just didn't flow right....now if it were a darker grey that matched the rest of the interior grey.....it would look better. The black flowed better with the rest of the interior. So i went with black. And believe it or not, my black cover, has "titanium" molded into it. I thought that was weird.
