Pulling off seat fabric?

Pulling off seat fabric?

i was in one of my freinds yukons he has heated seats and i fell in love lol... i found a kit that has the pads that go under seat covers, but i dont want to buy new covers...

can i take the fabric off the seats w/o cutting them at all or is there no way?

theres some plastic seal type of things that attach the fabric to the frame. You should be able to take the fabric off pretty easy, the only hang up would be if you have the center console arm rest, which I think has to come off if you want to take the drivers side bottom section completly off. I think the seat backs are velcro'ed together at the bas of them towards the rear of the cab.

The fabric is held to the seat with velcro, however when i pulled my seat apart it ripped off the foam. You should be able to get the foam apart from the fabric just don't be He-Man pulling it apart.

You may be able to slide the elements in between with out taking it all apart. Double check to make sure the foam will handle the heat.
