Calling all 4dr owners!

I deleted my rear seats, now I have this ugly looking seatbelt. What have you guys done with this? I was thinking about adding a light reflector in there, but I figured Id ask whats been done first.

What about cutting an appropriately sized piece of similarly colored plastic (or painted) and attach it with two sided tape, or hot glue, to fill the hole.

Hot glue tends to let go from extreme heating and cooling that can take place during the appropriate months of such temps.

Something that just popped into my head which would be cool, but not sure how labor intensive it'd be...

wire up lights in the seat belt spot to kick on with other interior lights. I know at times it would be nice to see back there where the dome light doesn't illuminate well. What lights and how to install I don't know though. I guess one could use the OEM rectangle ranger dome light and fab up a wooden mounting plate to situate behind the opening.

I was thinking non permanent when I said got glue... You could use silicone or maybe some epoxy but that may be hard to remove.

I just took the seatbelts out. I haven't done anything with the holes yet. Lights would be coll though, it wouldn't be hard at all.

I put some pvc plastic sheet in there. I think it is about 3/16" thick. It is only held in with duct tape right now. I need to figure something else out.

I would say go to the junkyard and find a truck with the same color panel and take a panel from there, cut out the appropriate size and epoxy it on, if you wish to cover the hole. If you wanna do lights, do it. I may follow your steps and do it myself sometime haha I would like to also delete my seats

you could always get a spare from the junk yard and make slivers of plastic and mix it with acetane and make a plastic paste. then use that to bond the plastic plate to the door. after that sand down and paint.

Ford makes plugs that fill those holes. They were used in trucks that came w/o the seats. You can probably get them from the stealership. Mine had them but I'm keeping them incase I take the seats back out.

Some LED lights would look nice.

the tremor edition ranger came w/out rear seats, so the have no belts in the rear. take a look down the parts aisle there has to be something in the hole.
