re-doing the interior
right now have a plaid fabric on the interior plastic trim and center console lid
just purchased some black tweed to re-do everything in. will post pics when i start! just thought i'd share. cuz im pretty excited. lol

its a white and grey plaid. it looked good, but it faded a lot lol. looks like **** now. thats what you get with cheap walmart fabric.
and it was hard to make it look good since the fabric needs to be straight to keep the pattern looking good but thats not so easy.. lol

and i learned my lesson about having a light color on the arm rest
a few dirty days at work taught me my lesson lol

no its glued. so it'll leave a residue. and the stock grey is just too boring.
on top of this, i will be going with a charcoal or maybe black suade on the headliner. but waiting to do that cuz it'll be a PITA lol

There's a painting how-to made by "barrman" that kind of lost it's pictures but gives you a good idea of what to do. I have to see if i end up in a house w/ a garage in 10 days to do this mod. Can't do it outside like in Vegas haha. But my interior is already pretty black, a custom dark interior with tinted windows would be sick.
