hey everyone
so i am on the hunt for what is seems to be a rare part.
i am putting tilt and cruise in my 06.
the wheel in my 06 is junk. i don't know what happened to it. but its flaking apart and leaving little black flakes everywhere.

But to boil it down, i am looking for the wheel out of an 04-06 with cruise control. anyone know of any places? i been trolling ebay and others but nothing yet
also been to the u-pulls within an hour or so of me. Just didnt know if anyone had one, or any secret places.

so i found a whole bunch of steering columns from 07+ trucks. i am adapting one of those for my tilt wheel.
I have the wiring figured out in the column for the cruise. but i would like to have a wheel from an 06 if possible.
the reason being, is that these wheels never come with airbags, and i would rather keep my original air bag. i know 06 was a bad year for those and i am still waiting to see if my truck has had the recall done

the airbag does fit in the 07-11 wheel, but there is a gap at the bottom. its no big deal but i would like to get the right wheel .

The website has bad English translations and seems to be a wanna be amazon. plus the price of 40.99 seems too good to be true.

Your only option is gonna be used, as the cruise control steering wheel for 04-06 has long since been discontinued by Ford.

I found a used steering column with the wheel you want, but it's hard to gauge the condition of the wheel from the pictures.

yeah i know my only option is used. i am okay with used.
the switches where the same from 2006 and up.
i just need the bare wheel with the holes for the switches.
Although i never thought to look for the Mazda B series wheels. Good call.
like i said in my origional post i found one on some sketch AF website. but.... yeah thats not going to happen.
i will keep looking. For now i will keep my 2011 steering wheel with the gap at the bottom. No one would notice except me anyway.
