Seat Swap Wiring question
Hi New to the Forum so pardon me if the question has already been asked and answered.
Tossed the seats from 2002 FX4 for 60/40 2010 Bench.
Have researched and found out 2010 has the side airbags ( dont care of they work or not, would be nice but not original to the truck so not needed).
2002 Seat Plug ( used for ?? Seat belt chime? Air bag system activation??) from under Mat is different shape than connectors on 2010 seat.
I cut out length of wiring harness from 2010 truck with matching 2010 connector.
IS there a wiring diagram or swap procedure to convert the 2002 connector over to the 2010 connector or does the seat need to be connected to the harness?
Thanks

The easiest thing to do is use the seat belt buckles and pretensioner from the old seats.
