needles

i was wondering if you can paint the stock nedeels...and the white line that goes threw the nedeel

White line is really a dab of white paint on the one end.

You can remove it and paint it. Just make its translucent so it works in the day.

I painted the white needles with testers model paint...lit up 'okay'. the pics of the black faced cluster in the how-to i made....it's those needles.

fx4wannabe on an 01 cluster, to sand the back does the needles need to be removed? also can the needles be changed?

needles need to be removed in order to get the overlays off to sand the green paint away. needles can be changed. a mazda cluster is black face with orange needles(ranger faces + explorer needles)

I have been looking so hard for one of thoes and can never seem to find them.

I got lucky at my local yard the other day....$20! I have three extra clusters for one truck that i have yet to purchase. LOL!

stock ranger, stock explorer sport trac, stock mazda, and i have a parts cluster(TrePaul's old one) to mess with as well. It's sad really. lol.
