Has any one put in the Shelf it over head console? If you did how did it look?

 

It looked OK but in a std cab it was too low and took up too much space.
I felt as if I was going to hit my head on it all the time.
I even tried to shorten the side mounts (PITA remounting after mods) and that didn’t help in my setup.
IMHO… the Std Cab is too small for the Shelf-It even the newer models.

 

That is what I was thinking... But wanted to ask before I didn't buy.
