Good use of space for a sub.. but with the small amount for space thats limited there.. wouldnt a 10" be a tad more preferable? I want to see it either way!! :-D pics pics pics, haha

looks good but i have seen it before...well i pretty much see it everyday when i get into my truck. I did the same thing..did the 60/40 mod and built a custom console with my 12 inch sub in it. sounds much better and the passanger isnt crammed into the glove box anymore lol

I really like your design rob! That's awesome! I would have found a way to hide the subs though... I"m all about being clever and sneeky! lol

And Frank, I'm with some of the other guys... It needs more.. Probably a arm rest of some kind, or storage space or something!... You could still use your middle seat, but put an armrest on it at least! I do like how it's flush with the other seats though, that's cool

Just throwing this idea out, but here is a suggestions.

In the Dodge Rams, they have a center console that folds up into a flush seat for a third person (if it's a bench seat, never have I seen a bucket seat Dodge Ram). If you did that with the middle some how, not only would you have storage, but an arm rest. I'm not sure how that would work with the sub in there, though. But just a thought.

It does look good, though.

I am doing a console that is similar but not really at all. I am building a full center console, with 2 8" subs in it. It goes all the way up and pretty much molds with the dash. I am also putting some sort of an armrest on top of the 8's. Functional and looks good.
