I cant figure out what it is but I have a buzzing noise in my steering column. It only seems to happen at certain speeds and gos away when you put downwards pressure on the steering wheel. Annoying as hell, anyone have any ideas?

 

No one? I pulled my whole dash apart trying to access the whole column and I think the cause is this circular plate with a spring behind it.
