Transfer case shifter extension looking for opinions

I'm still trying to work out a solution to a body lift and transfer case extension. With some searching I managed to track down this picture.

I'm wondering how that would work. Anyone out there with more knowledge than me feel free to comment.

I'm thinking that may have to be bent or angled more towards the front to get it to work.

The stocker barely clears the boots and bezel. Move the body up 3" and it will hit for sure, whether you extend the t-case shifter or not. What it really needs is to have the shifter height extended AND have the throw reduced. The way the linkage is laid out, that would be much easier said than done.

I would PM member Rangerboy03lvl2 (Jared). His truck, if memory serves me right, had a 3 in BL on top of the 5 inch RCD suspension he had. His truck was an 03 Level II (thus his name) with the twin shifters.

Pending what he suggests and/or did, I'd like to think you would be able to use the same shift extender from PA needed for the transmission shifter on the t-case shifter. Of course this is just speculation since the used 3 inch PA BL I have is still sitting in it's box, as well as the brand new shift extender; plus I'm an 04 Level II and the manual t-case wasn't offered after 03.
