Nightshade. It's like paint for tail lights. It darkens them, it looks very nice if done correctly.

Good luck finding them on ebay. The only trucks that I think the clears look good on are white ones, and even then Id rather have red.

you can get silver bulbs that light up red or just red led bulbs

Now that I am done with preteen speak :), I hate em. I honestly became utterly SICK of anything but OEM tail lights right around the summer of 2001, yeah, when fast and furious was released and EVERY underpowered fartcannoned shod autozone/pepboys ricecar was sporting either clear or altezza or euro or anyother crap other than stock. Back in 1992 or so, clear were "kinda" cool because they were different, you either had clears or black outs. Now, well, OEM rules. I will leave it at that.
