Went to a brand new ORV park this weekend in Jerome Mi and this place was off the hook!!! The best wheeling I have ever done!! To my fellow MI members....it makes The Mounds look like a sand box.

Chad, you have to check this place out!

B2 did good but in the end the rocks won. I couldnt get more than half way thru it.With a posi rear and an open front diff its was impossible to get over some of those rocks,plus the front diff kept getting hung up and thats where a locker would of helped.She has some good scars now tho!

 

you need to post some of those pics up. at least 4-5.

Oh it was a dust bowl saturday! I heard mondays rain made it alot better.

KM2's were at 20psi for fear of popping a bead,should have gone lower but they still folded up a bit in the rocks.

 

Are all of those pictures in your link from that one trip?

 

Brian it will be a little while before I am able to head out there as the Jeep is gone. My mom inherited my grandpas 01 TJ so I might try talking it out of her and built that up to wheel.

looks like a sweet place! and the BII is lookn great as usual. Yeah I had my damn claws down to 10 in the rear at the dunes and it looked like it was at like 25 still.

And I think that buggy with the swampers was at the dunes in Aug. when we were there.

 

I wanted to drop em more but the group was ready to start wheelin so I stopped at 20psi. Truck is getting some DIY beadlocks this winter when all the mods take place so that will fix that.

That Grand Truggy {as we called it} wheeled with our group all day,thing is bad to the bone. He was either following me or I was following him all day and other than one obsticle I went everywhere he did. In my album there is a pic of him yanking out a stock Toyota and he blew up a front hub and was done for the day after that.

 

ah the wonders of a short wheel base... the BII looks killer! and the park looks fun.

 

i wanna go there since i now kno it's close to me. i think a mini meet is in order.

 

I was just there again saturday and had a blast!! Got some nice damage too!

I would love to see a mini meet there but it will have to be soon because they are done at first snow fall.
