Colorado Boys round up! Its time for a meet!

So I am thinkin now that the weather is getting a bit nicer and all the hustle and bustle of school and work will be winding down here soon we ought to have a meet for the boys in Colorado.

Not sure exactly what we will do yet but throw ideas out there. I am thinkin either a day or weekend in May. I know for some of us it is hard to get off work so we need to get this planned.

1) Figure out what day works best. (Poll)
2) Find something sweet to do for the day
3) Have a great time.

What are your thoughts guys?

Good call Greg. I choose the week of the 23rd just because I think it will give the mountains enough time to dry up a little if we choose to go wheeling.

I am also down to go see a Rockies game or just find a cool place to hang out and slam beer.

Rockies game would be dope, beers are for sure a good idea. Some of the guys from out and around though are not 21 yet man. Like Paul who is still in HS.

And as for the date that is when I was thinkin too cuz its 2 weekends after Grad up here I will keep everyone posted though

We, as in whoever is 21...you, Jake Leno, Me...can still slam beers wherever the fvck we go. Except wheeling of course.

But the weekend of the 23rd sounds good at this point. As you ladies know, my last day at my job now is May 7th, so I will be finding a job down in Denver. Hopefully that doesn't disrupt any plans. But at this point, i'm all in.

Ory, just FYI, if we all wanted to just plan it, the RMFTC Chinaman Gulch camping trip is going on June 5-7... lets just plan on all doing that. I'll already be off that weekend, plus those that don't wanna go run Chinaman, well I'm leading an easier trail so we could all just do that.

Check out RMFTC.com the info for that chinamens meet is posted up on there. There is going to be a lot of guys and a lot of rigs.

I am down for whatever but the month of June will be easiest for me to make something happen.

I dont feel like wheeling with 25 trucks. **** gets way to complicated and people like to wheel at different paces.

Jake, the majority of them will be doing Chinaman Gulch. We'll be doing something easier. Plus, when I'm leading... there's always an adventure. I doubt we'll have a large group on the easier trail.

Slammer, we haven't picked a trail yet. My buddy Larry and I are doing a little scouting trip in May to see what trail I'll be leading, as there's a ton down in the Buena Vista area. Here's the link to the trip info - http://www.rmftc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5865

I might be moving the 23rd.

**** might be pushed back until June.

Plus the mountains just got 30-55 inches of snow so who knows how long the trails will be shut down for.

I will also be moving on the weekend of the 30th. June should work better. Plus I need to get a few things on my rig worked out before I do any wheeling. Unless its mild wheeling.
