was talkin with jordan and we were gonna head up to wheeler lake and camp that friday through sunday and run wheeler lake on saturday. anyone is welcome. it is a fun trail. hopefully i will at least have my sliders on by then and posibly bumpers.

it would be friday aug 28 through sunday aug 30

just thought it might be fun for us all to get together and hit a good 4x4 trail and camp and party and what not.

wheeler l ake is located up in alma between fairplay and brekenridge. as it gets closer ill post more info on the trail and camping.

I might be in. I dont own ranger so I would be rolling in something else. But I sold the ranger to my friend but I could go with him.

 

hey another colorado member YAY we are few and far between.

 

im going count me in... i need to start doing a few things to my truck... but i got my bug in the garage right now haha... but i am going to bug fest at bandimere speed way first weekend of august so i want that ready, at least to drive there... can you say rat bug...

 

nice. hopefully we can get a good group of rigs up there.
jordan. do you still wanna go up on aug 16 to scout out a camp site? i was gonna take my quad and run up to the lake and do some fishing.

 

hell yeah i want to go we will see how things unfold when we get closer, but i am definately bringing my fishing pole when we all go wheeling...

haha i agree it is a truck. thats funny **** i kinda pushed my sas on to the side seeing as now i have work lined up outs my ***. and my bug project is going to be cheaper... oh i lowered the rear on the bug 3" and tore off the fenders and all the trim... going to start filling in holes and shaving handles tomorrow after work... HELL YEAH!!! so im going to definitely going to bring up the drunken pit bike, its a blast to have on a camp site...

i havent been there in a few years but there are like 3 spots that require some spotting but it is a fun trail. there is a lake at the top ( wheeler lake lol) so we could do some fishing if anyone wanted

 

I just looked up the trail on traildamage.com and I will definitely will not be running the trail.

I will ***** my truck up.

 

hyoul be fine. i had a stock cheerokee up that trail in high school. alls ya need is a good spotter and one of us to guide you over.

for those that dont know where wheeler lake is its up near fairplay off hywy 285 actuall alma is the town between fairplay and breckenridge on hywy 9. jordan and i will be headin up on friday the 28th and be camping friday. running the trail saturday and s comin back sometime on sunday.
