they need to be willing to get out and unlock/lock the hubs ALL the time since my tires are like drag slicks on granite.

My buddy is heading out with me Friday morning, but he has to leave at like 1 or 2 on Saturday. You can either hop in the bed and ride from obstacle to obstacle, or I'm sure you can find a seat in someone elses rig. The wheelin community out here is very good, if someone has an open seat i have never seen someone been turned down for wanting to ride in it.

granted my truck may be out of spare parts by the time i'm done with it friday.. everyone should come anyways, its the LAST WEEKEND EVER! the lease is up on the land and the family is closing it to the public.

I just plan on running "aggie highway" which is the easiest trail there, maybe water fall, but besides that i'll probably spend most of my time just watching buggies and built rigs do stupid stuff.

i really need a trac bar for my rear axle, but i only have 1 heim.. and no money to spare for tube, brackets or more heims.

 

haha. either way, my truck will be on a trailer on the way there. if you break and i dont, ill take you home and you can drive my truck or something. i already have one passenger. thats gonna be a badass weekend. im freakin excited already

 

hell yea! I just wish it wasn't under these circumstances. I have a passenger for Friday and half of Saturday, when are you heading out there again?

i hope my manager doesn't schedule me for that weekend, I sure as hell won't be there!! haha

 

ill be heading out after work. prolly have the ranger on the trailer thurs night and just trailer it to work. then after work on friday meet up with my passengers and just take off from there. probably take me about 3 hrs to get there. that way i can wheel sat and sun.

 

I wonder if we can even wheel friday.. shrugs. might as well head out early and find a good camping spot, then commence to drinking beer

I've been out there w/o a seat and still had a blast watching.

 

I would love to come if I was closer. WOuld be a blast! I really want to see some parts of Texas anyways..

 

well this is the last weekend it will ever be open :(

i hope the family realizes they're losing thousands of dollars and opens it back up.. hell Memorial day weekend... $100 PER driver! thats money. the last weekend is gonna be $50 a driver and its gonna be PACKED.
