I am posting my 2002 SLP Thunderbolt. have owed this truck about 18 years. I like it because it is somewhat rare. I have never been able to find out how many were actually made. My guess is around 2 thousand.




I just had it painted recently, and am fixing back up. I just had lightnig bolt grafix put back on bed. I had to have this made from scaled photos, as this decal is not available anywhere. There can't be many Thunderbolts running around with this grafix, as survivors have most all been repainted by now. This is much like it looked when new. Truck is pretty much all stock, except wheels and tires...

Probably a lot less than that considering sales went down in 2003 and a chunk of both model year sales were fleet. I'd be shocked if there were more than 5,000 total. Considering how fast SLP flipped inventory and tooling assets for this stuff after the end of production they certainly didn't hit their own estimates.

 

This is mine, also a 2002. I have the levels 1, 2 and 3 packages, and some additional options. Would love to know if you can acquire two more bolt graphics and sell them to me. Also, do you have the wheel caps and key fob, and do you know where I can get some?
